The room was brand new with smoke detectors and lovely views of the ocean. the à la carte restaurant offered freshly cooked dishes. the breakfast was gorgeous and particularly good. the staff was outstandingly accommodating and exceptionally nice. the bathroom was large. the location of this hotel was great and stunning.

I chose Catalonia for its convenient location near Malecon Santo Domingo, and I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent customer service and online troubleshooting. The lovely pool on the seventh floor was a great place to relax and enjoy panoramic views, and the varied food offerings at the hotel's bars and restaurants were fantastic for trying local cuisine and unwinding after a day of exploring.
